Responsibilities:• Direct, control and motivate sales team and the business partner (distributor) to ensure efficient achievement of company sales target.• Ensure effective execution of different activities designed from head office to develop business of the territory.• Monitor and train the sales team to ensure a continuous improvement of performance.• Collect information from the market and make sound business plan for the assigned territory ( Bishwanath & Fenchugonj)

Responsibilities:• Ensured primary and secondary sales in line with the company’s growth target in assigned distribution point (Motijheel).• Lead, improved and monitored distributor’s field force to ensure sales target achievement.• Followed Route to Market (RTM) and preparing alternative RTM model for the business if requires.• Increased brand visibility and product demand generation through, Nescafe Alegria, KIOSK setup and AKJ project.• Analysed how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.• Monitored systematically the performance of the AKJ Operator and AKJ seller team and take corrective action.
