Home Infusion PharmacistAs a Clinical Pharmacist with experience in home infusion services, I collaborate with physicians, other health professionals, and patients to assess the status of a patient’s health problems and determine whether the prescribed medications are optimally meeting the patient’s needs and contributing to the best possible health outcomes. I utilize clinical skills, experience in sterile compounding, and extensive knowledge of IV antibiotic medications, TPNs, inotropic therapies, and other specialty medications.I obtain, interpret, and review all physicians’ medication orders to ensure therapeutic appropriate and accuracy. I steadfastly adhered to all quality control processes, state and federal drug laws, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs), including State Board of Pharmacy, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations regarding medications and customer confidentiality rights.I participate in on-call rotations.
