LaserPhilly is a retail shop and design studio specializing in well-designed, unusually clever home goods and quality custom laser cutting and engraving services for people and business.

I create interactive media and design user interfaces that have an attractive front-end; and a practical back-end. The interfaces, graphics and interactive media I design help to capture useful metrics for the business and encourage associate engagement.Working closely with Instructional Designers and the Learning Manager, I produce interfaces and other collateral that represent the needs of the business and stay on brand. As the Senior Multimedia Designer, I also help to train and mentor the junior design staff. In the spirit of collaboration and best practices, I work with multiple lines of business from compliance to marketing in order to ensure a consistent message.I develop projects of all sizes from concept to completion. While my focus is on effective training simulations, I also project manage several initiatives that require innovation and attention to detail. Included in these initiatives are the creation of DASH, a web based interface that every sales associate uses every day in order to interact with customers and keep track of their day. I also manage and produce the annual Sales Gala, the largest engagement event for sales associates. This year, I produced and managed a show for 400+ people at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia with great success.

Masters of None is a boutique label I started that is a decidedly urbane line of thoughtful, smart and playful housewares + accessories. As the founder and creative director I design a vast array of collections. Each collection is a response to a new, desire or observation. In addition to designing the products I also manufacture them all myself. The Masters of None line is sold in boutique shops across the Tri-state area.
