Correspond with buyers for receiving orders, offering prices, executing and coordinating the team members.

My responsibility is to correspond with buyers for receiving orders, offering prices, executing and coordinating the supply chain- the total working process from receiving orders to dispatch the goods in accordance with buyer's requirements. Some specific responsibilities that I carry out are as follows:• Making communication with buyers or customers for collecting orders.• Offering best prices of our products to the buyers or customers.• Prepare ‘Time & Action Plan’ for execution of order properly.• Coordinating supply-chain data base software named ECIS (assigned by a customer named IKEA).• Securing availability of Grey fabrics and materials, maintaining buffer stock of goods.• Analyzing capacity & capability of production chain for order executing.• Coordinating Traceability System & ULL system.• Coordinating Product Quality.• Coordinating to manage all accessories for production, production sample.• Coordinating for FCL/LCL plan to dispatch and contributing the team in developing significant logistics issues.• Observing Risk Analysis for new product development and production.• Coordinating to work on the basis of Product Documentation.• Contributing to prepare ‘Quality Manual’ of the company with a team and develop the system throughout the factory.
