It Systems Analyst
Current- 2nd/3rd line support role on core applications such as Capita Open Housing/Contractor- Knowledgeable on languages such as Progress and SQL.- Server administration in both physical and virtual environment – dealing with Windows 2000, Windows 2008, VMWare, SQL servers, Email exchange, printer servers. - Creating, managing and maintaining new virtualized servers/desktops using tools such VMWare and Vsphere Client.- Creating groups and policies in AD and deploying these policies in a Citrix environment.- Maintaining RBH Phone Systems – extensive use of Mitel system to implement new numbers, hunt groups, administration of backups and logs from the controllers- Mobile Solution – working with windows mobile 6.5 and Android devices to implement OpenMobile and upgrading the existing module to TotalMobile- Advance Network Security – using Sophos AV to secure network from viruses, threats and spam and configuration of AV for web filtering.- Setting up servers to be part of a Business Continuity plan using NETAPP storage management software and maintaining snap mirrors.- Creating complex and ad-hoc Management Information for RBH through MIS software
