Administrative Assistant
Provided anything and everything administrative for senior leadership in the Financial Advisor Services Marketing department - approximately 130 very busy, very clever leaders and crew. I toggle quickly from planning to executing daily tasks. I love my work and I love having a role in our crew and client experience. I am a Microsoft Office expert; Powerpoint, Excel, Word power user. I am the Owner and Administrator for 2 internal SharePoint sites. We use Outlook 365, Concur, Workday, and PeopleSoft to conduct daily business. Outlook scheduling, Concur expense reporting, and PeopleSoft eProcurement are among my traditional administrative tasks. Strong written and verbal communications skills are among my administrative strengths. I have a reputation for delivering high-quality work consistently and confidentially.
