Oversaw the development of technical litigation briefs to support the USEPA Office of Water and Department of Justice. One landmark case was heard at the US Supreme Court. Directed group of scientists and engineers to support government contracts. Specialized in federal regulation development of urban wet weather issues (stormwater, combined sewer overflows, and sanitary sewer overflows) and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting for USEPA's Office of Water. Researched constructed wetland mitigation as a tertiary treatment option. Supported EPA's response to public comments on numerous efforts including the Great Lakes Water Quality Guidance and stormwater regulations.

Provided scientific support to USEPA government contracts. Served as environmental program coordinator and technical writer for both scientific documents and computer systems documentation. Developed keen understanding of the systems development lifecycle. Researched human health risk assessment issues resulting from Superfund sites and led the development of guidance documents.
