 Responsible for coordinating the company's travel needs. Interact with existing corporate clients requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations, tours, accommodation  Schedule hotel and flight accommodations and procures necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances Plan and prepare cost itineraries for a client that has travel needs. Ensure that client meets in finding best deals within the constraints of the company travel budget Search for suitable and various options from Google, Hotel Websites, Amadeus, and other approved web portal.  Booking domestic and international reservations like hotels, serviced apartments, car rentals etc., appropriate to the client’s selection.  Aid clients with reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations. Issue accommodation vouchers and all other relevant documentation to be carried. Preparing MIS and other necessary cost savings reports for each client.  Identify group travel across the globe and finalize best fares for the trip. Involved in extensive business development activities by weekly client follow ups.  Secure new client sales and retention through customer service provided Monitor and sort global distribution system (GDS) queues to maintain quality control Stay educated on airline rules, regulations and current affairs Create service contracts for group travel & top hotel chains If required provide alternatives for customer travel
