I was born and raised in Central Iowa. After graduating from Drake University with a degree in Business Administration, I began my career in the Insurance Industry, which took me out west to Northern California. For over a decade I wore many hats in the industry including property claims adjusting and management on both the residential and commercial sides. Through my ongoing education and hands-on experience, I learned the ins and outs of construction, design and helping my customers get their homes and businesses restored and rebuilt after suffering a loss.My husband Michael and I returned to our Iowa roots 14 years ago after the adoption of our son, Noah. We knew that Iowa, where we both were raised, would provide our family the best schools, environment and family connections. Moving away and coming back home has certainly provided me with a deep appreciation and understanding of all Central Iowa has to offer.I would spend the next decade and a half dedicated to my children and working in the wine industry. I was a top achiever with my company and went on to earn many incentive trips and awards, further developing my passion for sales and excellence in performance.But my real passion is helping people.
