I was responsible for developing, retaining and increasing girl and adult membership where I would develop strategies to meet annual membership sales and retention goals. I demonstrated consistent excellence in sales presentations, closing techniques, telephone and in-person service and prospective member engagement. In this position I also implement membership strategies that support recruitment of new members and retention of existing members. I fostered a member-focused culture in a collaborative manner by involving members to develop and implement strategies for growth the focused on recruit, retain and recapture of membership through monthly programs, services and activities that built and strengthen relationships and member loyalty.

Organization that promoted economic development in a 9 mile district that was designated as public improvement district that was led with a board of committed community leaders. The District was created by commercial property owners in October 2000 to increase prosperity and revitalize Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth, TX.
