Responsible for product development, design, construction monitoring, and quality assurance of all vehicle superstructures being built by Automobile Corporation of Pakistan (ACPL).Also responsible for maintenance of SAP B1 ERP system and ISO 9001 quality system of the company.Superstructures include:> Semi-trailers for carriage of containers and general cargo up to 85 ton payload.> Lowbed semi-trailers for carriage of vehicles and heavy equipment up to 100 ton payload.> Fuel tankers on semi-trailers and rigid trucks. Compliance with UN-ADR and OGRA standards. Also, compliance with Shell, Chevron, Total, and PSO standards.> Fuel tankers with dispensing system including pump, flow meter, filter, hose reel, and nozzle. LPG trailers and bobtail trucks.> Aircraft refuelers. Both underwing and overwing type. For Jet fuel and/or Avgas. NFPA 407 compliance. Tank NFPA 385 compliance.> Specialized vehicle superstructures including truck mounted aerial work platforms, trucks with refrigerated containers, hydraulics, etc.> Municipal trucks including skip loaders, suction and jetting trucks.> Construction vehicles including dump trucks/trailers, bulk cement semi-trailers, truck cranes, water bowsers.Achievements:> Head of implementation team for implementing SAP B1 ERP system in the company. About 20 users. Implementation completed within 6 months.> Developed aircraft refueler with underwing and overwing refueling capability for Pakistan Navy. First time that Pakistan Armed forces has accepted aircraft refueler under local contract.> Developed diesel fuel bowzer with dispensing system for Pakistan Army. Also, successfully headed the project for supply of large number of diesel bowzers (hundreds) to Pakistan Army. The project has been a huge success for Automobile Corporation.> Developed Aviation Fuel Bowzer (overwing refueling capability) for Pakistan Army.> Developed bulk cement semi-trailers.> Developed TIR compliant curtain-sider semi-trailers.

Specifically worked on design and construction monitoring of 120 MW SEPCOL diesel engine power plant project located near Lahore. Responsible for design and construction monitoring of auxilliary systems including boiler room, storage tanks, piping, exhaust pipe work, maintenance workshop, storm water drainage, oil/water seperator system, etc.Also worked on design of Engro's UPVC plant at Bin Qasim, Karachi. The project was shelved after Pakistan's nuclear test.
