Teaching sensory development classes for both the toddler (18 months – 3.5 years) and baby (3 months – 18 months) year groups. A vital part of this role is tailoring the group programming to suit each child my classes. Heavy focus on hand-eye coordination, rhythm, core strength, social skills and self-regulation. Classes involve welcoming and directing parents, managing class lists as well as active teaching and clean up.

In this position I ran children’s birthday parties, either pamper, disco or high tea styled. Each party included preparing food, setting games, and provision of various treatments including manicures, pedicures, facials, hair braids and massages. In the venue, as many as 3 parties may occur at any given time. As manager I was also responsible for hiring and training of junior staff, administration and conflict resolution. This position demanded creativity, confidence and the ability to keep calm under pressure.

MFG is a children’s gym designed for children aged 7 months – 15 years. I directly assisted the club manager and client parents through the use of GymMaster software. My sales experience developed in this role as I joined new members to the gym. My role also involved running a Ninja Warrior, Dance, Parkour, Cheer, Junior (aged 2 – 4.5 years) or Yoga class.
