The Ras Al Salmiya Fitness Center for Men was founded in 2002 to be one of the biggest clubs based in Kuwait, where an area of 3000 sqm containing Bodybuilding Hall, Lounge Aerobic 300 sqm, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room , Massage Center and Parking for 350 cars, note that the club is equipped with Technogym Italian equipments.Ras Al-Salmiya Fitness Center for Ladies was opened at the beginning of 2014 to be one of the largest women's health clubs in Kuwait. The club is equipped with the latest sports equipment (Technogym) to ensure the safety of participants.And to provide better services, it has been providing crew training of specialized female fitness, weight loss, weight gain, body stretching and building muscles. Also the club provides different variety of classes on daily periods as morning and evening (Belly Dance, Zumba, Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga) and other sports activities, and teaching swimming for children and adults.
