We partner with job seekers around the globe to offer individualized, full-lifecycle hiring preparation including one-on-one career advisement, resume writing, career branding, interview preparation and presentation development.

Developed and implemented talent solutions to drive the knowledge, skills and engagement of 1,500 employees across the globe. Established and managed the organization’s first Talent Development function post-merger with Autotask Corporation. Partnered with key leaders to set strategy and design programs for organizational development including training and change management initiatives to support the merger. Collaborated with key business units to provide comprehensive employee development programs including employee onboarding, systems training, compliance, leadership and career development. Managed the design and implementation of Datto’s first organization-wide succession planning process and future-focused performance review process.

(Autotask & Datto Merged in December 2017)Managed the assessment, design and delivery of company-wide training programs and initiatives critical for organizational effectiveness. Collaborated with leadership and subject matter experts on current and future development needs, contributing to the design and maintenance of effective training programs. Managed annual succession planning and performance management processes for corporate, supply chain and retail operations. Implemented, managed, reported on compliance and continuously enhanced performance appraisal systems for all roles and functional areas. Designed and delivered training on key, company-wide performance management processes.

Identified and managed the development of high potential teammates and management throughout 23+ stores in our retail operation. Managed and evaluated the performance of all trainees in corporate training programs. Managed all management staffing processes and assisted with hourly staffing at store level including applicant tracking system support, recruitment events and advertisements.

Managed rollouts of corporate HR Branding initiatives throughout our retail operation including New Teammate Onboarding, Seafood Certification and the 6-Star customer service program.

Responsible for authoring knowledge based e-learning courses and instructor-led courses. Conducted management skills training courses for Price Chopper management. Assisted with Learning Management System implementation and data transfer.

Managed employee relations for over 1800 associates in Price Chopper's Main Office and four Distribution Centers. Responded to all employee inquiries for benefits, compensation and policy information. Provided direction to management in dealing with employee conduct and performance matters. Managed all staffing processes including postings, interviews and selections.

Coordinated the implementation of the Botvin LifeSkills Wellness Program at Price Chopper Supermarkets with the goal of reducing employee turnover, absenteeism and shrink in their retail operation. Performed all fieldwork including conducting training, key stakeholder interviews, employee focus groups, administration of pre-test and post-test surveys, site visits and Advisory Board meetings. The Botvin LifeSkills Wellness Program is a workplace wellness program, first implemented and tested during this implementation with National Health Promotions Associates (NHPA).

Authored the GetWired101 training program to train CDPHP employees on how to utilize newly implemented computer based learning offerings. Developed and implemented CDPHP's first employee engagement survey to identify organizational strengths, as well as areas of opportunity.

Recruited potential students by facilitating correspondence and marketing the benefits of our graduate programs. Coordinated and participated in graduate information sessions with staff, faculty and student candidates. Served as a member of the Search Committee for the selection of a new Director of Graduate Student Services for the School of Business.
