Excellent database management: I developed what has been called “the companies best” project database for CANDU Owners Group tracking deliverables, cost changes, purchase orders, review documents, contracts and back end file storage through the companies SharePoint system. I’ve also worked on fundraising and donor initiatives with Toronto Dance Theatre during my College placement, which included database management for both volunteer and donor information. Project budget and execution techniques: At CANDU Owners Group I compiled weekly, monthly and quarterly reports which included cost spreadsheets, contingency usage reports and projected spend data. I developed advertising initiatives for Proctor and Gamble which included budget allocations, contract and rate negotiations, insertion orders and cost/performance reporting.People management skills: At Liberty Entertainment I had 4 staff members working under me and trained 2 of them. At Toronto Dance Theatre I was the Volunteer Committee liaison. At CANDU Owners Group I was in daily contact with suppliers and project participants and have gotten excellent feedback on my customer service.Software skills: I am well versed in the Microsoft suite of products and have an aptitude for picking up new software. While at CFA Communications Ltd. I taught myself Photoshop and the Graphics Department was so confident in my work that they entrusted several high level clients to me including Honda and Don Cherry.
