Boost Academy is a boutique ‘smart’ school, encouraging children in grades 4-12 to develop critical thinking skills and to pursue their personal strengths and talents via our individualised learning pathways. Boost Educational Services is a tutoring center open to all students, whether homeschool, public or private. Integral to all aspects of Boost are our caring staff members, who do their best to motivate students by determining their strengths and targeting their weak areas.

Our services focus on identifying the individual learning styles of each child and building a program to enhance his/her confidence in the subject. We have a proven track record of increased confidence, better grades, and improved test performance. As a tutor, I have worked one-on-one with children as young as 4 to assist with general homework concerns, as well as specific subjects. I am familiar with the SSAT, BJC,and BGCSE, and IGCSE, and comfortable with any subject up to a ninth grade level. When it comes to tenth grade and higher, I prefer to tutor English language and/or literature. Furthermore, I hold a TEFL certificate from the International TEFL Academy, and am qualified to work with children and adults wishing to learn English as an additional language.

This charismatic attendant will encourage party-goers to join in the fun by helping them to select from our variety of fun props, and put them at ease while they strike a pose for the camera. Additionally, s/he will ensure that each patron goes home with a custom print.Our standard rental price is $350/hr. with a 15% discount on bookings of 2 or more hours. This includes: unlimited prints, the creation of a custom design for the photo strips/card, an assortment of entertaining props, and a collection of digital photographs.

Taught Language Arts to Years 8, 9 10 and 11. Assisted in the set up of the school including placement testing, book selection, scheduling, ordering, and setting up the entire Google for Schools system which includes the WindsorPrep.com email address and Google Classroom. Acted as a liaison between the teachers, parents and owner, dealt with student behaviour when it became too much for classroom teachers... in other words: I wore so many hats around the school, I eventually decided I'd like to wear my own "hat" and became an entrepreneur.
