Hello My name is Sharlene Wright. I started out my career in 2017 as a collection agent within the BPO sector and was then promoted Administrative assistant within a few months. During my tenure I did not see my full potential being utilized in the company as such I move on to becoming a chat agent doing customer service and a small bit of sales. Why recruitment you may ask, I had seen it as a passion at the being of my first official Job as an Administrative assistant, where I was asked on numerous occasions to conduct interviews. When I got my job with my current company, recruitment was one of the topics that I had discussed briefly in my interview not thinking that it would have been a possibility. My growth within the company has been evident and as such I was offer the job of the Recruitment officer. In recent times I have learnt a lot about the role and I see it fit that I can grow even further within another organization that is as fast paced as yours. As such I am looking forward to being apart of the fast innovative team.
