Responsible for the planning and execution of the annual RED Gala, Award Banquet and Come on Home events. Build awareness in the community by attendance at Chamber of Commerce and other community events. Represent CSF at Funders Group meetings. Work with Marketing Committee on annual donor event and other special events. Implemented a worksite development and recognition program. Campaign totals increased by 44%, reaching over $310,000 in 2006.

Responsible for assembly, evaluation, tracking and distribution of critical deal information company-wide. Prepared Letters of Intent and Purchase and Sale Agreements. Opened, managed and cancelled escrows upon execution, evolution and termination of agreements. Abstracted leases and customized ARGUS runs. Charged with monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on quantifiable department activities. Created and maintained Master Property Portfolio and Acquisitions List. Managed department communications with disposition listing brokers, including preparation of preliminary marketing information, operating statements and rent rolls.
