▪ Assists in the upkeep, enhancements and efficient usage of network tools across the variousservice teams▪ Monitors incidents, change management and requests for services raised by the customer andensures proper closure of calls, while providing continuous status feedback to Team Leaders andcustomer▪ Provides first line Help desk support to customers, and logs, priorities, categories and escalatesincidents as may be required▪ Identifies and resolve problems to minimize the impact on business activities▪ Performs proactive monitoring of network operations, including network components and ancillaryequipment such as physical security, environment and electrical equipment▪ Carries out efficient and timely technical support to ensure ongoing performance and availability ofnetwork systems▪ Installs, configures and administers network operating systems, software and databases▪ Performs proactive capacity / availability and performance monitoring of systems▪ Applies and maintains the processes, tools and techniques relating to IT/technology securitymanagement▪ Carries out specified disaster recovery activities when such situations are triggered

▪ Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computersystems, software, and hardware.▪ Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.▪ Maintain daily performance of computer systems.▪ Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.▪ Walk customer through problem-solving process.▪ Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.▪ Clean up computers.▪ Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.▪ Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), andother systems.▪ Install computer peripherals for users.▪ Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.▪ Server maintenance and problem solving.
