It delivers a range of business processes, including shared back office processes, such as finance and accounting, procurement, human resources administration, legal, technology solutions, and customer care, as well as industry-specific front and middle office processes; and supports decision making by delivering research and analytics services.Key Result Area :• Currently associated with WNS Global Services; working as Research Associate.• Conducting qualitative research on a variety of areas and prepare standard or custom products.• Establishing client relationship with continued support and building the account.• Processing and analyzing raw data into reports for senior managers.• Responsible for project management, requirement gathering, documentation, delivery of projects.• Understand client requirements and conceptualize solution framework.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and function in accordance to the policies or regulations of the company.
