• Leading mega projects in the US, Europe, and Asia. Responsible for implementing and enforcing the best practice at the company level and project level• Business Development and Financial Analysis including Strategic Planning, Sales and Outreach, Solution Engineering, and Innovation. Executing technology integration in the construction lifecycle ensures project operations run smoothly.• Working closely with the regional leaders and strategic group leads at DPR Business Units in Europe and Asia Pacific Region in planning, setting a vision & revenue plan for every year• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including resource managers, regional champions, service champions and project leads, in enabling successful engagement and delivery of vConstruct’s services• Establish the Work Authorization for vConstruct services with clients and manage the change orders and all associated KPIs and SLAs for optimal change management.• Manage monthly billing verification and invoicing process with the region's project teams and Business Units. • Share adoption metrics and status with Operations leaders, vConstruct Leaders and DPR business unit lead. • Conduct in-person meetings with business groups (Operations, Preconstruction, Integration Managers, Estimators, Business Development, Project Engineers, Project Managers, Project Executives, Self-Performed Work, Special Services Group groups at DPR.• Develop and Analyze the power of Business Intelligence dashboards for vConstruct work in the region to gain early insights to enable effective integration of vConstruct support services for DPR projects in the region. • Gather and synthesize regional quality assurance/quality control feedback and lessons learned from customers, and work with relevant groups at vConstruct to incorporate the feedback.

• Handling client relations for the United States and Europe. Establish and maintain great relationships with customers, partners, and Main Point of contact for Clients, Architect, and Subcontractors• Frequently traveling to Europe for leading the sales and outreach, identifying new opportunities and scope of work, and accruing new projects• Understanding the modern building process and implementing Lean practices and processes in daily routine. Identify potential project risks and act towards them. Developing and maintaining the Project KPI and Monthly Status report.• Preparing Project Estimation, Work Authorization, developing project workflows, and managing resource allocation as per the requirement and availability• Preparing details of project estimate and quantifying the scopes as per design evolves using OST. Managing and archiving previously estimated projects for future estimate prediction• Reviewing the Drawings and specifications issued by the architect and running a multi-disciplinary drawing information comparison to identify the missing information and clashes between trades on documents at the start of the project• Managing subcontracts Bid, creating bid tally sheets, communicating with the subcontractors, and evaluating proposals

• Leading subcontractor onboarding, training trades about the project management system, and maintaining project management platforms (CMiC, Procore, BIM360, PlanGrid..Etc.)• Develop and Maintain a project procurement and submittal log based on the project specifications and drawings. Developing the Procurement matrix on Smart sheet and automating the Procurement and submittal tracking process.• Reviewing submittals and verifying that they match the specification standers and get them approved by the architect• Identifying the Change in scope of work for subcontractors, requesting and reviewing the Change order from subcontracts. Creating on Change order on the Project management platform. Issuing change order to the client for review and approval. Developing and maintaining a Change management tracking matrix• Maintaining and playing the gatekeeper role for Project related information new drawings, changes, approved submittals, RFI responses, and keeping all trades informed. Preparing and maintaining different document control matrices, daily reports, RFI log, submittal log, etc.• Developing and managing the project closeout matrix and following up with subcontracts for document submission. Maintaining a closeout cloud system, compiling, and handing over the whole documents at the end of the project to the client

• Project coordination of various project executed by our Company• Project Monitoring and review of construction activities and direct supervision of Major Execution activity.• Lessoning and coordination with Govt.
