I am a research fellow at the School of Biological Sciences, NTU Singapore. My academic and scientific interests include developing protein-based biomaterials as theranostic tools for degenerative disorders. I have practical experience with structural biology techniques such as NMR and EM, structural MRI, protein expression and purification, along with biochemical and biophysical techniques such as charomatography, ITC, DLS, CD, and AFM. I am a magnetic resonance enthusiast with research experience in solution NMR, solid-state NMR, and pre-clinical MR microimaging.I am currently working with cryo-EM to solve the structures of membrane proteins and fibrils. Previously, I worked on the characterisation of velvet worm slime at NTU's School of Materials Science and Engineering in cooperation with the Exxonmobil Singapore Energy Centre. Always looking forward to connecting and collaborating on developing diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for cerebrovascular diseases.
