My focus revolved around managing donations, supporting fundraising initiatives, and cultivating donor relationships through the analysis and application of donor data. I actively contributed to brainstorming strategies for fundraising campaigns and efficiently utilize donor management systems for segmentation. While occasionally involved in creating graphics, my primary role involved overseeing the fund development process and ensuring its seamless execution, from donation management to strategic fundraising endeavors.

I recruited families of newborn children to participate in a survey based studywhich would better cater to their care at their assigned clinic. This recruitmententailed communicating with upwards of 300 families on an in-person or phonecall basis. Up to 25 phone calls a day were made to connect the caregivers to thestudy, ensuring compliance with IRB protocol and providing diplomacy betweenthe study and the caregivers. Other responsibilities include self-managingschedule, collecting data, managing logistics, and communicating withcolleagues across different teams and various time zones.

I conducted interviews, pertaining to experiences in COVID-19, amongst the community of low-income housing units across the seven cities of Hampton Roads. Both Housing Authority staff and residents alike were interviewed on effects on housing, financial stressors, and mask policies. The residents, ranging from ages late 20s to 70s, were also asked about vaccine hesitancy during collaborative meetings alongside other RAs, community leaders, doctorate researchers, and more. Other responsibilities included data collection, travel between housing authorities up to 50 miles between, aiding in youth summer program coordination, and conducting outreach events within community grounds.
