• Have been working on multiple end-to-end ESG Strategy and Reporting projects for leading FMCG, Electronics, Healthcare, battery manufacturing, urban transportation etc. Indian companies. • Project includes conducting peer benchmarking, gap assessment, policy review and drafting, vision and target setting, preparation of implementation roadmap etc.•Drafted over 40+ policies in line with statutory requirements and relevant best-in-class standards for 5+ companies. • Drafted an Environmental and Social Due Diligence Report for a healthcare company in line with ADB SPS 2009, IFC EHS, WHO safe waste handling etc. guidelines.• Drafted a Corporate Governance Report in line with IFC Corporate Governance framework.• Conducted DJSI gap assessment and assisted in DJSI CSA rating process of multiple leading companies across multiple sectors like steel manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, FMCG etc.• Conducted Human Right Due Diligence of a leading Indian company in FMCG sector• Conducted ESG/ Sustainability aligned supply chain assessment of a leading battery manufacturing company. • Drafted multiple Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reports of companies across multiple sectors like FMCG, Electronics manufacturing, Heavy engineering etc.

• Research and analysis of Sustainability Initiatives taken by the Corporates globally.- Reporting directly to the Director for this project.• Conducted climate reporting gap assessment of a leading Indian Bank aligned with TCFD Framework. • Supported in the business development (BD) activities of the team. Developed multiple proposals for ESG strategy and transformation.• Contributed to the drafting of a Tax Transparency Report of a leading company in India. (Tax Transparency Report is made with the intention to disclose about the tax policies and principles undertaken by the companies and total tax contributed to the government. Since, taxes are one of the major revenue source to the government, and companies being one of the major contributors, it becomes primordial for them to disclose their contribution to enable transparency and accountability.

Project: Circular Economy: A Sustainable Approach to deal with Indian E-waste Sector▪ Objective was to learn the principles of circular economy and its potential to deal with the rapidly increasing e-waste in the country.▪It also includes a small online survey which was done to understand the consumer behaviour into e-waste management and their views on circular economy.
