As a part of the Global Report Center (GRC), Kolkata, I manage Report Development and Change Management activities for Northern Europe Client as per the requirements by closely liaising with the Report Liaison/ On-shore stakeholders.- Developed project reports, weekly metrices using Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and some inbuilt tools of NielsenIQ.- Customizing the RTL templates using Excel formulas, Conditional formatting, and Charts as per the client’s requirements.- Regular Communication with RL’s, BAU teams over email, Microsoft teams in response to any specific requests, addressing any concerns or clarification required in building reports and giving alternative suggestions when required.- Weekly meeting with TL and other colleagues to discuss the ongoing project works. - Cultivated positive relationship between Manager, TL, RL and colleagues
