I am a Social and Sustainability working in the areas of Independent Social Audits, Social Impact Assessments, Compliance Monitoring, Resettlement & Rehabilitation, CSR Baseline Survey & impact assessments etc. Have conducted more than 100 audits in several international standards for various industries. I have been privileged to gain a close insight on the social compliance aspects of a supply chain. Besides third party responsible audits, my experience includes application of IFC PS & World Bank guideline for infrastructure projects in monitoring, evaluation & reporting. Few standards that I have worked with includes ETI Base Code, SMETA Best Practice Guidelines, IFC PS Standard, Ethical Tea Partnership Standard, Trustea Code, AA1000 AS, SA 8000, Labour Laws, ISO 9001 etc which have enriched my understanding of the entire gamut of social compliances.Besides the auditing skills I have been responsible for development of protocol and implementation guideline of various international standards.Besides my social expertise, I am also qualified as a Human Resource Management Professional. Training, Capacity Building, Training Course development as well as delivery of the same are some of the areas which I have worked in till I found my new interest as well as challenge in the area of social sector.In the past 12 years I have worked with various Large, Medium and Small scale Manufacturing, Process and Service industries as Social Consultant & auditor.My overall experience also includes exposure & hands on experience in implementation & training of Quality Management System.
