Shop Floor and ERP software as well. Responsibility of handling the physical plant production and recording the production in Software system. Production planning Drip Irrigation Pipe, HDPE sprinkler pipes, PVC rigid pipes and 1/4" & 3/4 " sprinklers. Extrusion and injection Moulding processRecording and analyzing the production report in our Newton ERP software system.Receiving the production order and then raw material requirement, indent raising, approval, BOM handling, man power requirement. Shift adjustment, machine maintenance (production level), problems handling (technical to process), production handling, recording, analysing for weight control, quality assurance.
