I had the option to join an established advisory firm or take a chance on a start-up with a partner who believed in our vision.Looking back, I am glad I took the difficult route and joined Fincart. The experience of working for a start-up has been incredibly enriching. Despite the challenges, if I had to do it all over again, I would still choose the start-up grind.
