• Handling all Joining formalities and Exit formalities, Maintain competency Matrix, Skills Matrix, Hiring .• Maintain Roll and Responsibility and handover the employee after joining.• Human Resource Management.• HR Policies & Implementation.• Man- Power, Recruitment Management.• Induction/ Orientation Training. • Handling completely Training & Development, Performance Management.• Administration. • Manage end to end operations. • Preparing & Issuing Salary offer letter of candidate selected.• Issuing appointment letter at the time of joining and making structure for the selected candidate.• Accountable for administering Pay Roll activities PF, ESIC, & Pension funds.• Handling Attendance Register Leave with Wages Register, Accidental Register, Fine Register, Personal files and records of employees with Zero error.• Pay Roll processing, salaries and reimbursement employee.• Full and final settlement attendance regularization, Gratuity & Leave Records.• Indentifying the training need through the training need assessment.• Conducting the evalution of training effectiveness & submitting the training records monthly / annually.• Celebration of annual day Vishwakarma Pooja, Attendence Rewards.• Handling all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, transport, house keeping & maintenance of office telephone communication system and maintain online interview.• Identifying and selection of transporter for providing pick-up and drop facilities of employee negotiating and finalizing contracts with transporters.• Actively involved in making travel arrangements of company official such as Air/Rail ticketing Domestic and International travels etc.
