Over my career, I have led various divisions including Information Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Strategy, Business Transformation, PMO, and Lean/Six Sigma in both Canadian and global organizations, and in sectors as diverse as Government, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Entertainment, Automotive, Healthcare, Food Production, Infrastructure and Consulting. In recent years, I have held overall accountability for delivering ambitious, growth, transformation, and cultural change mandates in iconic organizations, most in the midst of an existential crisis. In these organizations we rallied the organization and external stakeholders around bold, aspirational goals. We built new operating models and engaging cultures that unlocked the full potential of the organization. We embedded the capabilities and experiences needed to enhance current and future outcomes. And we realized the full technological, financial and social benefits we aspired to. More importantly, years later, these organizations still continue to set the pace and lead in their sectors. I thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building high performing teams, and am at my personal best when helping complex organizations grow, transform, and thrive. I am currently doing just that as the Chief Information Officer at Infrastructure Ontario and the Board Chair at Vikara Consulting & Solutions.
