Strategising gameplan aiming growth, sustenance, diversification and expansion for all 4 branches of the organisation pioneering in:- Fine arts training & education,- A professional coaching institute preparing high school students for national and international institutions' Design, Architecture, Fashion and Fine Arts degree entrance examinations,- An artist residency enabling a platform for cultural exchange for national and international artists, and- An art gallery serving as a platform for promoting visual arts i.e. creations of in-house students, budding and eminent artists as well as performing arts i.e. various cultural performances such as music and dance performances, intimate theatre, talk shows and conferences, book/product launch etc.

Performing as a Marketing consultant with responsibilities of brand management via leveraging social media platforms and administering cost effective advertisement strategies. Working directly with key stakeholders in aligning business objectives for client relationship management and retention. Redefinition and reengineering of core business processes to ensure that inventory was appropriately showcased via shows, exhibitions, online portals and digital media.
