I have analysed and written the scope document for the current upgrade of the main business software and am in the process of ensuring the implementation. The implementation will involve establishing and maintaining strong communication with external software vendors to meet business needs. I also administer data management operations, in DonorQuest (donor database) and Mailchimp lists. Big Apple Greeter is looking to migrate to a new donor database (Kindful) and I am analysing and planing the migration. Some of My Key Achievements as a Data Analyst:- Evaluated and performed the cleansing of donor database by developing and executing user manuals.- Streamlined all management systems by leading an upgrade to current greeter-visitor matching software through comprehensive data analysis.

Working as a freelancer, I have developed and launched five websites on Wix and for an events organisation in New Zealand using Wild Apricot, a membership software.
