I have seven plus years of experience in Financial and Non Financial Risk Management. I started my career in Internal Audit which helped me link my education to the way businesses actually operate. I am now confident that I have a more complete understanding of business processes, business needs, and the importance of following applicable policies and procedures. As a result, I am able to make timely and sound business decisions.In my current positions, I have the confidence to conducting interviews, complete investigations and make recommendations to limit the financial risks that my employer faces. I am committed to constantly contributing to the identification, prevention, and management of frauds. I am constantly learning. I never settle for the status quo. I always strive to improve.When I'm not working, I love reading books and articles helping me gain insight and improve my skill sets.As a stress buster, I love writing poems. Doing so helps me to enjoy the beautiful creation evolving around me and within me.
