Part of cash & position reconciliation team and responsible for downloading broker reports from respective portals like (JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Citi, etc).Responsible for Investigations of Cash Break and Position Break. Updating all the activities in Standardized excel workbook.Interpret shareholder system reporting of all day’s transactions for a significant number of fund families and currencies.Report the share movement and money flow to the relevant fund accountants and custodians.Execute of foreign exchange transactions.Monitor and reporting of bank fees and interest charges, verifying and processing claims. Reconcile dealer accounts and balancing of monthly commission payments.Reconcile dealer accounts and balancing of monthly commission paymentsBooking of non- trading activities like expenses and interests, accruals etc.Researching and Resolving Cash and position break for various instruments like Equities, CFD’s, options between the IM and Broker on daily basis.Interaction with client for any queries relating to the Process and resolve any breaks and issues of deliverables.Providing updates to client regarding fund status.Responsible in Daily Deliverable such as Cash and Position, as part of cash and valuation Team NAV process.Update Daily, Weekly & Monthly Process MIS Reports – Review & Audit Reports & Dashboards, Downtime Quality & Daily Highlight Reports.Responsible for sending daily MIS & Reporting to the Functional team in State Street (USA).Adhere to strict timelines to meet deadlines. Escalation & follow-up with oversight team for any issue. Training & supporting new team members to understand process & monitoring their work.Checking of feeds timing on a daily basis to understand the daily inflow of feeds so as to set deadlines as per the business requirement.Communication with client on various issues.Preparing Monthly aged cash and position for MIS requirement. Process updates received from client to be shared with team members. Involved in training the new recruits.Protection of Customers Confidential data’s and preventing it from Outsider.Giving process training to new team members and quality checking the funds after the team members has Processed to ensure100% accuracy.Applications worked on TLMP, Mosiki (Reconciliation Tool), IGLS NAV Management, ERP, Mercer and Bloomberg.Follow all procedures regarding Reconciliation review and sign off on all required checklists.Update error log on daily basis to reach KPI and delivered to onshore client.
