Driving a fast-paced mental health tech company that leverages the power of generative AI.- Full-stack LLM- Multi-cloud

As CTO for APAC, I own, manage and develop technical business relationship with the CIO/CTO of strategic customers in the region leading the translation of their desired business outcomes into industry technical architecture leveraging data and AI (traditional and generative) across the technology stack. Some specific examples include:- Platform Engineering: a technology stack that empowers developers to self serve cloud infrastructure (infrastructure as code), boost productivity with AI-powered pair programming, accelerate integration with micro-service architecture and secure every deployment with SecDevOps continuum.- A secure and semantic data strategy for democratized commerce powered by federated data plane and semantic knowledge planes that enables organizations to maintain data curation/ hyper-personalization while being compliant and secured at the core.- OpenAI powered knowledge ensembling that leverages organizational AI assets and improves their accuracy with the generative power of OpenAI models while being within the guardrails of business specifications. Some specific examples are Chatbot enhancement, internal knowledge search, and SME onboarding.- Evolution of DevOps in the era of OpenAI and how organizations are transforming platform, people and practices to create a framework for agile service delivery and speed testing ideas in production.

As the first hire in Singapore, I helped Tokopedia set up the data science practice. I was involved in hiring and managing a team of data scientists that built end-to-end AI systems to support core business growth. At NTU, my research focuses on using deep learning techniques for diet management and video surveillance.

As the lead research fellow for oncological research, my key responsibilities include:- Inception and design of end to end clinical projects- Setting up collaborative project, writing grants, publishing papers- Building image processing and computer vision tools for predictive modeling - Finding clinical answers to data trends

I was working on visualization of group data generated by wearable fitness tracking devices such as Fitbit flex, Polar loop and Nike fuelband worn by a group of people with similar work life. The fitness tracking devices typically generate per minute number of steps generated by the person wearing the device. The goal of the work was to learn which step profile is generated by which activity in a machine learning framework. --- Cluster analysis of group data --- Predictive activity modeling

As the country’s second rank holder in the premier all India Engineering services exam, I was inducted into the Ministry of Communication and IT, Govt. of India and given the full responsibility of designing and procuring high end mobile monitoring vehicles. The key goals included:- Full software and hardware design of mobile monitoring terminals which included selection of vehicles, towers, masts and electronic equipments- Analyzing performance and compatibilities of software and hardware products from national and international vendors for integration into a complete product

I was involved in the whole pipeline of transistor level analog circuit design, silicon layout and chip verification for various components of the USB2.0 protocol in different CMOS technologies.
