According to market segmentation, I approach various people with appropriate and suitable solutions. As a result very often my clients see things from a different perspective and buy my business solutions. Using management techniques and various tools, I stimulate people’s thinking and ask relevant questions so that they can find a solution of their own. I see myself as an effective facilitator so that a final outcome is achieved. PESTEL, SWOT,SMART goal setting,System Design are some of the tools used by me.

In the capacity of Financial Advisor have been able to organise funds for several types of Organisations, which includes SMEs and New Ventures in order to upscale. Its my effort to earn a decent reputation by way of my effective handling of various difficulties and being a rather calm and collected facilitator in business negotiations.Have assisted in financing the Industries of Nutraceutical, Hospitality, Renewable Energy, Life Insurance and Ministry of Youth & External Affairs.The virtual meetings over the various applications such as Zoom, Google Meets ,Team and such help me in reaching my goals and interact with the CXOs, solopreneurs as and when may be required

Learning the home segment and the nutrition segment has been my aim while associating myself with this work. Nowhere I hoped to gain the valuable insight of self driven goals while learning the concepts of sustenance and funnel based growth. In all future endevaours of self owned work be it creativity, writing ones own goals, making a business plan and doing one's own assessment. I certainly did create my on pipeline of growth by seeking work here, though for a short period of time.

Having rejoined I undertook the job as their All India " Marketing & Sales Coordinator".The work that I used to do is given here below:Organising in house training programs of international standards including working with the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Region Marketing Team, Being incharge of the Operations I took custody for the whole Infrastructural arrangements for sales team other than their Recruitment, MIS Data Collection & Documentation.

This work I had undertaken in the company which specialised in the Equipments for 'Least Invasive Surgery" like microscopic laproscopy. With its registered office being in The Netherlands andHead Office in USA, I earned the repute and distiction of working with the international Marketing set up. The departments the work I took up are these : A)Human Resource Administration;(B) Operations: including the crucial aspect of " Documentation "and "Processing "of their domestic and Internatonal Medical seminars sponsorships programs .

Handled confidential papers for Board Meetings, other than scheduled, coordinated internal Assessments of senior personnel as well as the Media Marketing Team;- as was needed in the dual role of Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Director-Sales.Being in an adminsitrative position, work done was the organisation of Inter-department coordination for induction programs for new recruits ; All-India Media Marketing periodical review meetings and all related logistical arrangements needed to facilitate work seemlessly . General management of the Media Marketing Division had been managed and organised with Lotus Notes at that time.

Here I took a big step to launch myself in the international workforce, pitching my talent and Indian background against the European backdrop. I gained their trust instantly and got put in charge of trade related work , for example independent handling and interaction with their Institutional contracted clients, closing books of trading accounts, making annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Showing flexibility to ability to adapt to this new environment I soon gained access to my geographical territory of Europe and was made to travel to The Netherlands, Norway,Sweden, Iceland, Germany on business related matters. All in all it was a truly new world of existence in my professional career.

Here I made my foray into the world of otherwise world of finance ,where corporates get loans and lessees and lessor get assessed for their fund requirement. Other than learning how a branch functions from within, how to manage your retail bank account to the cashier ,I do recollect the installed ATM machines becoming a bigger force to make new clients. As Assistant Manager that too in the Borivali Branch Office of Mumbai, I happen to have moved away from the sophistication of the South Mumbai AAA+ rated corporate clientele. Here I was made to interact with the businessmen who required instant loan to sustain be it by way of a Letter of Credit or a Bill needed to be Discounted.To practise all this with a Six Sigma efficient team has been useful in giving shape to my present profession as an Independent Advisor in financial services sector.
