• Ensuring smooth and cost effective operation in accordance with SOPs, Test Protocols and ISO 17025• Ensuring testing services meet client’s requirements in terms of Accurate Data Interpretation, Timelines and Technical Standards.• Ensuring proper allocation of human resources for Smooth Progress of Testing Work.• Identifying the Training needs for the laboratory staff and arrange training.• Monitoring the Performance of the laboratory staff in respect to the Quality and/ or Integrity• Ensuring the Implementation of Quality Assurance Program. • Extending the Technical Communication with clients as and when required.• Providing Technical Consultancy to clients as and when required.• Handling Customer Complaints and resolve them by taking Immediate Corrective Action.• Budgeting Cost Strategy by Planning, Organizing, Directing and Monitoring The Work Team, Facilities And Operational Expenses.• Providing Management any type of information or reports related to testing services or any other reports that management requires.• Supervise a group of technical staff for the efficient daily operation, • Guide team members by providing them technical inputs to sort out the problems arising during analysis, • Conduct special testing (if necessary), • keep check on draft result completion and ensure the TAT is followed, • To provide technical advice to other Divisions of MTS (BD) if requested,• Implementing the Top Management Strategic Decisions.

• Monitoring Analytical operation and handling technical issues • New test method development & method validation.• Analytical Instrument performance check and maintenance.• Regular Quality Control Check of Analytical division.• Audit preparation according to ISO 17025.• Ensuring updated method and protocol implementation.• Responsible for Calibration of Analytical equipment’s through QA.• Training to newly joined Analytical employee.• Training on updated technical issues to the authorized person.• Monthly failure analysis and submit report to Clients if required.• Technical communication with Clients as and when required/Provide technical consultancy to Clients if required.

• Method Development Following Quality Manual & ISO 17025. • GC-MS/LC-MS/ ICP-MS/UV-Spectrophotometer / XRF/XOS Operation, Maintenance & Trouble Shooting. • Maintain & Update QC/ Related Documents/ Audit Preparation. • Training of Technical Stuff. • Calibration of Lab Equipment's. • Satisfying Customer Providing Technical Support, Solution & Presentation. • Global Communication & Reporting to GM

• GC-MS/LC-MS/ UV-Spectrophotometer / XRF/XOS Operation. • APEO/ Disperse dye related data analysis by LC-MS. • Band Azo/ Phthalate/ Isocyanate/ Phenol analysis by GC-MS according to SOP.• Maintain and update QC & related Documents.• Calibration of Lab Equipment’s.• Data analysis and Reporting to Asst. supervisor.
