Administrative Support Assistant
Current- Prepares and publishes annual report, statement of value and industry report for small businesses in US to be filed in IRS- Performs quality check for all documents for IRS filing- Collaborates with the Retirement Plan Administrators and Account Representatives to help clients with IRS filing- Exports trust reports to be used by auditors in creating trust accounting- Completes IM Data Entry which helps the Retirement Plan Administrators in plotting transactions- Reviews and uploads Investment Management Statements of the business- Sends pre-termination letters to small business owners in the US
