 Provide / oversee the provision of reporting to clients and the regulators for superannuation funds, and philanthropic trusts, and other funds and trusts. Ensure all reporting is performed in accordance with accounting and auditing standards, legislative, regulatory, statutory and product requirements, by having a detailed understanding of all reporting requirements. Provide mentoring and coaching to team members to support the development of the team and assisting their colleagues with complex accounting, product or process related questions on an on-going basis. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget and in the most efficient and effective manner possible, whilst ensuring legislative and regulatory timeframes and internal SLAs are achieved. Ensure all new business superannuation fund and philanthropic trust transfer in business is transferred to AET to the satisfaction all stakeholders including BDMs and Advisers, and within service level, by liaising with BDMs and Advisers and other teams to ensure all documentation is received, fund suitability assessed, communication performed and funds set up, all in accordance with service levels. Contribute to projects as required, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring target dates are achieved.

 Co-planning and implementing a broad cost reduction across the company, including major reductions to CAPEX to curb extraordinary expenditure to maintain focus on revenue. Cost reductions were also made across operational costs, and in harnessing new streams of revenue. Collating documentation for the sale of MBF Cards (M’sia) Sdn Bhd.  Overseeing refurbishment and redesign of commercial interiors, with oversight of planning, all legal aspects, budgeting, contractor supervision and work coordination.  Assisting the Group General Manager and Managing Director in day-to-day operations

 Monitoring progress of key initiatives, with focus on re-engineering and streamlining.  Analysing, evaluating and verifying credit card applications to understand, statistically analyse and improve processes for approvals.
