Curating workshops for women's business skills development.

Provision of education research, strategic planning and programme development services for government agencies (Ministry of Education, National Heritage Board, People's Association, Academy of Singapore Teachers)-Conducted over 100 customised workshops for senior-level stakeholders, middle management and students across disciplines (Science, Humanities, Languages) achieving 80-95% positive engagement rating from participant surveys. -Leadership training for over 50 stakeholders resulting in mindset and behavioural changes thus enhancing organisational results. -Selected to develop training and development for People's Association SG50 coffee table book and national level heritage trail training and development for schools.

Coordination of Ministerial engagement and international profiling opportunities at bilateral,multilateral and global levels. -Led high-level engagement conferences for East Asian countries, Asia Society and OECD to position Singapore as a forerunner in education policy. Developed local stakeholder (education leaders, private businesses, academic institutions) engagement strategies including preparation of materials for external facing communication. - Initiated and organised formal ministerial level exchanges with Europe, USA, APAC, Africa and South America, as well as with thought leaders in education e.g. Andreas Schleicher (Director Education and Skills OECD). Prepared over 150 talking points and reports for these exchanges to to cultivate high-level partnerships. - Organised overseas engagements for Ministers. Prepared speeches, conference presentations and programme agendas for visits.- Worked closely with local (e.g. MFA, MTI ), and global (e.g. UNDP, APEC) agencies to co-ordinate support for education agendas (e.g. UN CRC).

Provision of leadership to plan top quality programmes for students and to work with senior management for strategic planning of whole of school alignment with organisational goals. - First appointed Subject Head/ Geography in the school's 25 year history. Developed strategic roadmap, SOPs and benchmarking standards for the A' Levels, resulting in 25% qualitative grade improvement. - Among top 1% of Geography leaders selected to attend an overseas training programme with the University of London to develop course materials for national pedagogical use. Presenter at Inaugural Humanities Education Conference on research in fieldwork methods. - Researched, designed and wrote curriculum materials topics such including sustainable development, the global economy, natural disaster management, urban systems and population issues. Used a variety of innovative approaches e.g. photojournalism to develop student engagement resulting in over 90% engagement rating from students and teachers. - Mentoring of over 50 teachers in 8 years to develop leadership competencies and skill sets. - Skilled in developing pedagogical material and assessment systems using learning frameworks such as Understanding by Design and Lesson Study.
