CurrentResponsibility:# Leading a team of 5 developers in the development of a mobile application, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.# Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.# Performing development with Java, Kotlin, Dart, and using Augmented Reality, Audio, Video Calling, Restful API, ML Kit, Banking Solutions, Deep Learning Technologies.# Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on coding best practices and helping them develop their skills.# Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and guidelines.# Responsible for conducting daily scrum, monitoring development life cycle followed by Agileand Waterfall methodology, task breakdown, collaborating with the QA and remote team.# Publishing app in play store and maintenance.# Plan and organize the work of the team, including setting priorities, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
