Experienced Risk and Compliance professional with 11+ years of experience in banking and financial services industry. I have delivered control transformation projects, regulatory change projects, control assurance involving design and operating effectiveness assessment, control framework enhancement, risk and compliance self-assessments, control rationalisation, issue management and incident management, obligation applicability assessment and compliance to prudential requirements. In my current role at Westpac, I am working on the Prudential Standards to help the bank meet its regulatory obligations. I have also performed control assessments, issue management and incident management as part of the Business Controls Monitoring (BCM) team.
