I am a professional in digital marketing and have more than 6 years of working experience in digital marketing, customer service in e-commerce, and partially in the IT sector. Currently, I am interested in the digital marketing, administrative assistant profession for my future career growth. Besides that, I have obtained an IT professional Google certification course to be part of as an IT Support Specialist sector and grow within an open-minded company within Germany. I have gained strong knowledge of operating systems, infrastructure services, IT security, and networking services. I’m an enthusiastic and hard-working individual. I can work effectively alone or as part of a team. I’m success-driven and enjoy making a difference to my work with better knowledge and understanding. I’m willing to learn more, use new tools, and take on new challenges. Always results-oriented, motivated, and focused on customer satisfaction. I speak fluent English and Bengali, and my German has limited working proficiency, but I'm also learning in school to be advanced.
