As the Digital Marketing Director/Trainer at Love in Action, I was responsible for developing a website as well as creating a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that resulted in increased exposure and engagement for the organization.To ensure that all committee members, board members, and other volunteers understood the social media marketing strategy and how they could play a part, I developed a comprehensive training course. Additionally, I acted as a photographer/videographer during conferences and maintained the organization's social media presence during conferences to encourage engagement.One of my notable accomplishments was developing an SEO strategy that increased web visits by 500% and tripled in-person donations. I also developed marketing materials and a digital marketing strategy for the first Giving Hearts Day, resulting in over $20K from new donors. Overall, my efforts helped to promote the mission and vision of Love in Action and increase its impact in the community.
