Sharmy leads InfraBuild’s Innovation work with a focus on solutions designed to enhance sustainability, productivity and efficiency, including the development of High Strength Steels, sustainability improvements to mesh products and the expansion of product traceability processes. Sharmy has previously held key roles across design and manufacturing at Moose Toys (Head of Product Development), Walkinshaw Group (General Manager – Planning and Program Management), and GM Holden (Program Manager – Engineering).Cutting his teeth in the automotive industry, Sharmy led the design and development of numerous vehicle platforms and was responsible for concurrent global projects across multiple design, manufacturing, and marketing geographic locations.
