International assignment at Rayong, Thailand, I was responsible for the development of local Thai engineers while tasked with the delivery of a vehicle exterior system.• Successfully led, mentored and developed a group of Thai Engineers, expanding their experience and building their ability to execute projects for the GM Rayong facility in Thailand.• Broke down language and cultural barriers to improve the capabilities of the Thailand supplier base to deliver components that satisfied strict global quality standards in-turn opening up new markets and opportunities for future business.
