I bring nearly twenty years of public relations experience working with clients who require business-to-business technology expertise. Currently I lead the Ericsson North America team, overseeing in-market earned media and paid media content programs across 10+ workstreams. Previous experience includes leadership of the IBM Research team, supporting external communications focused on quantum computing, artificial intelligence, hardware/processors, and exploratory science from their global labs. I have also served as the Client Relationship Lead on the Qualcomm account, overseeing proactive storytelling, product launches, events, and crisis and issues management with a team of approximately 20 nationally dispersed team members. As part of that role I also lead the Qualcomm Product team for four years, overseeing more than a dozen team members who supported the Compute, Server, Connectivity, and Adjacents businesses. In this role I provided client counsel, lead media relations strategy with a focus on proactive thought leadership, executed large scale product announcements and events, and account management services. In this role, Sarah drove strategy and program execution for the American Airlines internal communications team and supported employee engagement efforts. She served as the day-to-day client contact, managed a nationally dispersed team of 12+ people, led messaging development and the creation of materials. Prior to this role, Sarah supported the Motorola Mobility Home and Network Infrastructure Business for two years in a similar manner, as well as managing media/analyst pitching efforts, media material development and tradeshow programs.

•Managed and fostered the professional development of junior team members and interns. •Served as “Media Relations Program Manager” for several groups inside Texas Instruments’ (TI) semiconductor business focused on video and high-performance DSP processors. Worked directly with TI product marketing clients, communications leadership and counterparts to help meet business goals.•Led and oversaw execution of strategic, comprehensive media relations programs with traditional and social media outreach. Drove product positioning, development of key messages and creation of press materials, including press releases, presentations, graphics and other deliverables.
