Management of Learndirect Centre involving the supervision of the Learndirect team. Acting as online, course and personal tutor supporting learners at all levels in ICT, Literacy and Numeracy skills courses. Undertaking initial skills checks and training needs analysis in order to create individual learning plans. Planning and delivery of A level Psychology course as an adult evening class including the creation of materials, assessing work, providing feedback and preparing students for national examinations.

Providing individual support to beneficiaries of the Prison Service Plus project, developing and delivering group and individual activities, referring to and liaising with other agencies in order to improve employment prospects of individuals upon release from Young Offenders Institute.

Local management of ICT Centre, assessment of students needs and facilitation of learning activities. Collection and analysis of data and production of management reports. Recruitment and supervision of volunteers.

Maintenance of databases, production of reports, manuals, certicated and leaflets. Supervision of small team of clerical staff. Administered and scored Home Office Pschometric tests for Offending Behaviour Programmes.

Proof-reading a wide range of publications and marking errors for editing.
