As part of E&Y world network (one of the world's four largest firms), I was the senior audit manager, leading audits for a number of public hi-tech and industrial corporations, listed on the stock exchange in Israel and the USA. Amongst the companies audited: Elbit Systems (one of the major account of E&Y Isarel), Organitec, Starling, Zend, Stryker and MediGuide.My work included:-Management and guidance of large team of workers-Auditing, analysis and preparation of financial statements and tax reconciliation statements of listed and private companies in Israel and overseas including OTC traded companies in the USA (NASDAQ), and reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting practice in the USA (US GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
