- Manage forty direct reports and train and schedule up to 150 full and part-time associates.- Oversee payroll management, inventory maintenance of all areas, building cleanliness and upkeep, OSHA law adherence, and the continuous flow of merchandise from the truck to the salesfloor.- Lead and direct Area Supervisors and Associate teams in People Management, Customer Satisfaction, Merchandise Presentation, Sales Management, and Payroll/ Expense Management.- Store leader of all Human Resources areas including hiring, training, maintaining employee files, coaching and administering counseling when goals are not met.
