In three months I’ve helped KombiSOL with their start-up position to a scale-up by recruiting passionate colleagues on multiple amazing projects, by renewing and implementing HR procedures and overall internal organisational structures, and mostly supporting the two directors/founders in their quest for a future-proof business.
